• 25th May, 1983: According to Decree No. 38/HĐBT, Council of Ministers made decision to stop activity of  Bureau - Ministry of Aquiculture and change to establish  Aquiculture Mechanical Company.

• 22nd August, 1983: Base on above Decree, Ministry of Aquiculture made Decision No. 444/TS/QĐ for detail regulation of function, duty, right and organization of Aquiculture Mechanical Company. Since then, the company start acting.

• 31st March, 1993: Base on policy of formation and dissolution the state-owned company, together with Decree No. 388/HĐBT date on 20th November 1991, Ministry of Aquiculture permitted the company to re-establish following Decision No. 259 TS/QĐ-TC with the name Aquiculture Mechanical and Boat Company.

• 08th December, 2004: According to policy of privatization for State company, Ministry of  Aquiculture permitted our company to change from State-owned company to joint stock company under the name “ VIETNAM TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY”( its international transaction name is 2T CORPORATION).

• 14th April, 2005: In order to upgrade quality for company on product, service, management ability as well as competition on market, the company carried out and applied quality management system to all its own departments and offices and attained ISO 9001:2000 certificate which conferred by SGS United Kingdom Ltd.

• During over 28 years, thanks to continous efforts of Leader boards and all staffs in company, 2T corporation has the far improvement to become:

Prime M&E contractor in Vietnam; No.1 Vietnam investor for design, supply, installation central waste water treatment plan.
